Arti Bhalerao is expertise in diet and nutrition, she has more than 15 years of experience in the field of Diet and Nutrition. She has served various Corporate and International Hospitals in her career span. Currently, she is working as a Chief Dietician with SUHRC and plays an instrumental role for maintaining and raising the Clinical Nutritional Management standards of SUHRC. She specializes in critical care nutrition management and disease-related nutrition management. Her key areas of interest are Nutritional Management for Metabolic Syndrome, Nutrition for Metabolic Diseases - like Diabetes, Cardiac, Liver Diseases, Renal Disease, Gastrointestinal Diseases. She has been an enthusiastic member for the initiation and conducting various patient support groups like Dialysis patients support group, Bariatric Support group and has been successfully conducting various patient engagement activities for the patients.
She is a good orator with extensive experience in handling corporate sessions related to lifestyle, wellness and nutrition for all age groups. She conducts on-site OPD at leading corporates. She is a Certified HACCP Internal Auditor and Certified Nutrigenomic Counsellor.
She has also been a guest faculty for Master in Food Science and Nutrition for IGNOU and is a visiting faculty for M.Sc. Nutrition and Dietetics Programme, Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences (SIHS). Has been an external examiner for Nutrition practicals for Nursing college.
