Step 1 : Select your Department
Step 2 : Choose the doctor you want to consult
Step 3 : Click on the Preferred Time Slots
Step 4 : Select ‘No’ under “Are you an existing patient” option (Even if you are an existing patient), and fill-in the requested details.
Step 5 : Verify your details and make the payment to complete the appointment booking.
Step 6 : On successful booking of the appointment, you will receive confirmation message through SMS and e-mail, with a link for video consultation.
Step 7 : On the scheduled date & time of appointment, the doctor will initiate the video consultation. You need to click the link sent to you and join for consultation.
Step 8 : After consultation, the prescription will be sent as a PDF to your registered e-mail ID.
