During the patient’s stay in the ICU, accommodation is arranged for the patient’s attendants in the ICU Lounge / R & R Lounge at discounted rates. A sofa cum bed is provided in the patient's room for the accompanying attendant during hospital stay.
SUHRC’s desk at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi is available 24x7 for patient's assistance. Help desk staff coordinates between hospital travel desk and patient to ensure smooth coordination at any given point of time.
SUHRC will arrange complimentary airport pick up/drop in a cab for the patient and accompanying attendant to hospital or hotel as per patient's medical condition or choice. Patient will be received at the airport by a hospital representative.

SUHRC recommends that the patient shares his/her medical report, case history, details of treatment taken and current clinical status by email before they travel to SUHRC for their treatment. Our medical experts shall evaluate reports to plan treatment, expected duration of stay at the hospital and post discharge follow up mechanism.

Patient has the option to wire transfer money before travel team arranges to send Proforma Invoice as per estimate shared. It also helps insurance companies and TPAs to place Guarantee of Payment (GOP) if patient is covered by insurance.
A dedicated single point of contact (SPOC) is assigned for each patient to provide all non-medical assistance like registration, admission and discharge formalities, SIM card, mobile, interpreter, etc.
Travel desk is available inside the hospital premises. Travel desk also helps to fulfil FRRO formalities, visa extension, accommodation outside hospital and to arrange local sightseeing.
To help the patient and attendant to obtain medical visas, the International Patient Services team will write a letter to the Indian High Commission in the patient's country.

Certainly. A staff member will be sent to meet you at the airport. Before your arrival, our International Patients Services Team will send you the name and contact details of the person being sent to meet you and escort you to the hospital/accommodation.
If required, we can arrange accommodation for you and your attendant close to the hospital at nearby guest houses, service apartments or luxurious 5-star hotels, depending on your preference/budget. We can also arrange other facilities like hospital visits, on-call doctor, cab services and emergency ambulance.
Our Coordinator will be your liaison with the hospital. Trust him to arrange your appointments as well as the referrals that will be needed for various services like the outpatient clinic, laboratory and pathology, medical imaging, and inpatient surgical procedures.

· Wire Transfer:
You could transfer money directly from your bank account to SUHRC’s account– it takes about seven working days for the funds to be credited. Send us the scanned copy of the money transfer receipt; this will be used to settle your bill. On discharge, any excess amount will be refunded to you and any shortfall will have to be paid in cash.
