Dr. Priyadarshini Kulkarni is a seasoned Palliative Care specialist, currently heading the Symbiosis Centre for Supportive and Assisted Care. With a background in anesthesiology, she brings over 24 years of experience to her field.
In addition to her medical degree in Anesthesiology, Dr. Kulkarni holds a Diploma in Palliative Care from Flinders University, Australia, and an MSc in Palliative Medicine from Cardiff University, UK.
She is also a Fellow of the National Cancer Centre, Singapore, and was honored with the Leadership Development Initiative by the San Diego Hospice, California, USA.
Dr. Kulkarni has served in key roles on the boards of the Indian Association of Palliative Care (IAPC), the Asia Pacific Hospice Palliative Care Network (APHN), and the Worldwide Hospice and Palliative Care Network (WHPCA).
Her passion lies in relieving suffering and enhancing the quality of life for patients and families facing life-limiting illnesses. Dr. Kulkarni is deeply involved in education and training in this field and mentors the CTC Training Program at AIIMS Delhi as well as the Clinical Leadership Fellowship Program.
