On January 18, 2025, Symbiosis University Hospital & Research Centre (SUHRC), in collaboration with GenePath and the I-Share Foundation, successfully conducted HPV DNA testing across 63 hospitals. This initiative focused on screening female staff and BVG personnel, reinforcing the commitment to early detection and prevention of cervical cancer.
Cervical cancer remains one of the leading health concerns for women, and early detection of HPV (Human Papillomavirus) plays a crucial role in prevention. By offering HPV DNA testing, SUHRC aims to create awareness, encourage proactive healthcare, and support long-term well-being.
This initiative reflects SUHRC’s mission to advance preventive healthcare through strategic partnerships. By working with GenePath and the I-Share Foundation, we are paving the way for better healthcare access, early screening programs, and improved patient outcomes.
With the success of this multi-hospital HPV screening program, SUHRC reaffirms its dedication to women’s health and cancer prevention. This initiative is just the beginning, as we continue to expand efforts in education, screening, and advanced medical care.
